If you see a small blue mark, it is a water soluble marker used
for monogramming all items. They may also be seen them near the buttons and
button holes. We remove these marks from each and every item however, they can
sometimes reappear. Simply dab the mark with a damp cloth and it should
disappear.
PrivacyTOP We respect your privacy. Your payment information is not
saved on our system at all and cannot be accessed. We will never sell
your information to or share your
information with any outside party. Your information - including email,
credit card, etc. is solely used to
process and ship your order.
Return PolicyTOP Because our items are custom made for you, returns will only be accepted for problems with manufacturing defects. Please contact us with any questions or concerns prior to
purchase. Please
check your order as soon as you receive it. If there is a problem, you
must notify us within two (2) days from receiving the order to
correct any discrepancy. Please enclose a copy of the invoice with the
return. We must receive the return within 10 business days. Please fill out the order blanks carefully when
ordering personalized items. All orders will be filled according to the information you enter and will not be accepted as a return if the personalized
item matches the order form filled out by the customer. All returns
will be shipped at the customers expense unless the discrepancy is at
fault by the company. We do not "exchange" merchandise. Any returns
will be credited back to your account.
If I'm in San Antonio, Texas can I pick up my purchase locally?TOP Yes, we are located in San Antonio, Texas. If you would like to pick your item up locally, please choose local pickup during checkout under the shipping options.
Do you sell wholesale?TOP Unfortunately, we do not wholesale. Due to the
nature of our products, we are unable to mass produce at this time.
Do you share supplier information?TOP No, we do not share vendor information on our products to individuals or businesses.
